Easter swap goodies

On saturday I received my easter swap parcel from Chloe over here. But as I hadn't yet finished wrapping her parcel I was very good and didn't open it.
This morning I nipped into my local (post office not pub!) and popped her parcel in the post then dashed home to open mine.
ooh lots of parcels

3 little chicks each hiding a cream egg
some lovely fat quaters
a beautiful button necklace and an egg shape tin with a rabbit on and containing an egg shape soap smelling of lily of the valley (one of my fav smells!)
 lovely embroidered cushion
a little embroidery kit and an easter bunny tin full of chocolate eggs!!
This shawl is adorable I absolutely love it!
How lucky am I!!

Anyway Chloe you should get yours tomorrow or the next day and I hope your even half as happy as I am with mine!!

The weather here has been stonking the last week or so, Daisy has been have a ball everyday down on the beach and is becoming quite brave going into the sea to retreive her stick or ball.

Everyday I am so grateful that I live somewhere so beautiful (although it's not quite so much fun when it's peeing with rain and blowing a gale!).
I have been crafting this week but haven't taken any photos yet so will have to wait till tomorrow to show all.
Okay off to cook tea and then stick my feet up in front of the telly (and maybe do some stitching)..

How lovely is your parcel? Love the woolly chicks!

I live about as far from the beach as anyone in the UK can get. I don't half envy those of you who have it on your doorstep, particularly when the weather's so glorious.

I did chuckle at that gorgeous photo of Daisy, she's such a sweet!

Have a lovely day.
