You are all so kind

I just wanted to say thank you for all your kind messages the generousity and thoughtfulness of you all touches me deeply..

Fudge was my constant companion for nearly 15yrs and although I'm not really a cat person as I'm allergic we rubbed along. He was there through bereavements, divorce and the children leaving home. When G worked nights he was always around and when we brought Daisy into our lives even though he was terrified of the tiny little puppy he accepted her in his own way.

This week has been horrible as G's uncle died on new years day and he was on his way north for the funeral when I had to make the decision to let Fudge sleep. He is even more devastated than I and Daisy doesn't understand where her mate is.
I know that life will eventually return to normal but there will always be a little cat shape gap in our lives.

Aw Pene - hope things ease for you soon.

I love that first pic of them together - just how tiny was Daisy :)

So sorry to read about Fudge.
Pets become part of the family, a loss is felt almost as deeply as if it were a human.
He certainly was a handsome fellow.

The pic of Fudge eyeing up little Daisy is so cute. Pets are family and of course it is going to be so devastating for you all. I hope that the happy memories and comforting times bring you a little peace Pene. Big Hugs xxx

I'm so sorry to hear about Fudge, fellow pet owners will know how much pain losing a loved family pet can bring and I certainly feel your pain.
Much love and hugs to you all.

Such lovely photos. Sox was exactly the same when pinky arrived and he was the boss no matter what pinky liked to think. she still looks for him now as they would often be found sat at the top of the stairs together or led at the bottom of the bed together whilst mike and I fought for space at the top!

Big ((HUGS)) from me and Pinky!
