Bobbing along

Gosh hasn't this weekend been stunning, we've actually had gorgeous weather here for the last week. Anyway this weekend was quite busy with my craft fair on saturday. It was really good  as the hall is right next to the beach so we got loads of passing trade and I had a better than average day!
I had planned on taking pics but unfortunately forgot to pick up my camera.
When I got home I had a lovely surprise,
I recently won Becky at Dots and Spots giveaway and won 12 yes that's a dozen sheets of her gorgeous new double sided wrapping paper!! To say I was thrilled is a gross understatement

Then sunday we had a lovely trip out on the Waveley which is the last sea going paddlesteamer.
The trip was from Largs down the coast and around Ailsa Craig (which we can see from our house on a clear day).
leaving Largs
Oh look I can see our house
Last stop/ pickup Girvan
Then round Ailsa Craig
The white is actually thousand of birds!!

Everyone was impressed

It was the perfect day for a boat trip as the sea was lovely and calm and the weather was gorgeous. We were also lucky enough to have the company of a couple of our neighbours which made it even better.
Colin and Jane
Me and G

And then back to Ayr to catch a coach home!!
A special day!!

Okay now one parcel from spots and dots was great but today I received another packet? Wow gift tags to go with my gorgeous wrap and two copies of Beckys latest catalogue!! I keep picking it up for a peek and am trying to work out if I really need everything on my list!! Silly question of course I do!!

Okay talking of  Giveaways!! Tomorrow I will sort out my latest giveaway, I'm still finalising details but will put it on my blog tomorrow so watch out....

I also need to update my etsy shop, so come back soon and in the meantime enjoy the sun!!

Glad you got a lovely day for your trip on the Waverley. Looks like the weather isn't going to be so good for the Tall Ships. Remember and let me know when the next local craft fair is please.
