I can't believe I have been home from our cruise for two weeks and still not blogged about it!
Well in short it was "FANTASTIC" the ship was lovely, our cabin was gorgeous, the food was superb (7lbs worth!!) and Norway was Impressive even if the weather wasn't.
Well I'm not going to bore you with the details or force you to look at my 1200 holiday pics (yes I really did take 1200 pics in a week!!) But here are a few so you can get a taste of it!

Our first glimpse of norway, I never realised how many islands there are along the coast and in the fjords

On Sunday we stopped at Olden which is just a small village but great scenery
Then last stop was bergen with its quaint old lanes
And amazing views from the vernicular railway.

Not sure what it is about Norwegians and trolls but they were everywhere!
Well bye bye Norway it was GREAT!!
Can't resist sharing this with you it's a picture of Joesh and JJ our "Butler " and steward, Yes we even had a butler although we spent the whole week trying to work out what to do with him??
So would I do it again DEFINATELY although by going whole hog (it was an early pressie for my 50th) it's set our standards very high and I think it could be awhile before we've saved enough pennies for another cruise.
But until then I have my 1200 photos and 5hrs of video as lovely memories

Oh my goodness it looks more amazing than I thought possible! I so, so want to go. I'm going to choose the right time to show my husband your photos and hope and prey he decides to grant me my wish! Wow - you sure had an amazing time!!!! I would love, love, love to go on a cruise.
Norway looks stunning, I have always rather fancied going to Scandanavia.
And as for the amount of photos - well its rude not to take lots!! I took over 1600 in a fortnight during my holiday at easter, and countless hours of video. So lovely to look back on on a cold, rainy day.

Fab photos! I love all the wooden houses and particularly like the ones on the tiny island, it looks so sweet! I definitely want to visit Norway one day it's gorgeous. very impressed with your cabin and can't believe you had your own butler (what did you do with him?!).
