Hidden Gems

It can be very depressing when your unemployed to go shopping. Once upon a time I would love spending hours mooching round the shops knowing if I saw anything I liked that I could buy it. Now thats not the case, I would love to be able to wander round a carboot sale knowing that for the few pounds I had I might be able to find a hidden gem. However Carboot sales are few and far between in this area so I have now become a charity shop addict. And today was a great day, look what I found...

Lovely pink and cream vintage bedspread with cute little flower on one side and plain pink on the other. It's only a single but turned around and thrown over the bottom of my spare bed looks lovely.

Then I couldn't beleive my eyes when I found this Tain Pottery Flan dish, I'd bought my mum a bowl with the same design years ago and it cost me nearly £60!!! This was a must have and a bargain at £4 so falls nicely into the £5 christmas present price range.. Happy Christmas mum

Then finally came across this cute skirt, it's a size 18 so thought it might be too big. However too much time on the internet with a coffee and pack of bisc the skirt fits perfectly, it was made for me lol

How pleased am I with my buys and I even had change from £10!!!
Now were are those biscuits?

I'm not sure it is but if it isn't it's very very similar. You can understand why I was so pleased and it cost less than a fiver haha
